Light Sport Repair Services, Inc is pleased to announce that we will again be offering the Rotax® Engine course that will teach you how to tear down and inspect your Rotax® 2-Stroke engine. The 300 hr teardown will include new seals, new gaskets, new crankshaft, new pistons and rings, new wristpins, rotary valve shaft, rotary valve shaft gear and bearings. The 150 hour teardown will include new gaskets, seals, and O-rings.

The cost for the course is $400. per student. If you are bringing your own engine to tear down you will need to let us know ahead of time whether you will be doing a 150 hour inspection or the 300 hour inspection, so we can have the parts in house that you will need. For the 300 hour rebuild there is $2585 in parts - The 150 hour teardown on your own engine there is an additional $325 in parts.
