Rotax® Two-Stroke Services

300 Hour Rebuild Including Crankshaft Two-stroke engines are rebuilt to include crankshaft replacement at every 300 hour or five year. Whichever comes first. This estimate includes complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection, cylinder honing and reassemble with new seals, gaskets, crankshaft, pistons, and wristpins. The 447 and 503 estimates include a new fan belt and bearings. The 582 estimate includes a rotary valve shaft, gear, and bearings. Additional parts may be required. We will call you with a quote. Shop rate is $65.00/hr.

150 Hour Inspection ROTAX® recommends that you inspect and replace the crankshaft seals if necessary on all of their ROTAX® 2-stroke engines at 150 hours. This 150 hour service includes complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly with new seals and gaskets. Additional parts may be required. We will call you with a quote. Shop rate is $65.00/hr.

Basic Gearbox Service Quote includes preliminary disassembly, cleaning and inspection. For the type "B" gearbox it includes replacement of the disk springs and center gasket. For the type "C" and "E" gearbox it includes just the center gasket. This service does not include propeller shaft removal or any bearing replacements. If additional service is required we will call you with a quote. Shop rate is $65.00/hr.
